  • MEAT LUST Buffalo Sauce
  • 1 spatchcock chicken
  • Celery
  • Blue cheese
  • Mayo
  • Creme fraiche
  • Wedge of lemon

  1. Take your roast chicken out of the oven 10 minutes before it's finished cooking.
  2. Lather with MEAT LUST Buffalo sauce and bang back in the oven for the remaining 10 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile mix together mayo, creme fraiche, and crumbled blue cheese. Squeeze over the lemon and chuck in some black pepper.
  4. Let your chicken rest before squeezing over more MEAT LUST Buffalo sauce for extra sticky buttery goodness.
  5. Serve up with whole celery sticks, and throw in some extra sides if you're feeling greedy or have to share.
